Mr. Evans comes to Guardian Capital Partners with an extensive professional career in private equity, operations management and corporate finance. Most recently, Mr. Evans was with Cerberus Capital Management LP in its private equity and operations management group, and was responsible for leading due diligence and execution of transactions, facilitating ownership transition plans, and monitoring and assisting with post-transaction business planning and liquidity events. Cerberus is one of the world's leading private investment firms and is active in private equity, lending and real estate. Before joining Cerberus, Mr. Evans was a Vice President at TenX Capital Partners, a middle market private equity investment and business management firm that makes controlling investments in underperforming and non-strategic businesses.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Evans was with Crowe, Chizek and Company LLP and prior to that with Deloitte Consulting LLP, as a Senior Manager in their M&A and Corporate Recovery practice. At both Crowe and Deloitte, Mr. Evans advised distressed companies and their constituencies through complex restructurings, bankruptcies, operational turnarounds, asset sales and liquidations/wind-downs. Specific experiences as a restructuring advisor have included the following: addressed urgent liquidity needs, identified causes of business failure, analyzed customer and product profitability, recapitalized working capital needs, realigned business strategy, developed operating plans, negotiated forbearance agreements, prepared restructuring proposals, negotiated DIP and other financing and participated in Section 363 auction sales.
Mr. Evans earned his MBA from Northwestern J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his BS in economics from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio).

Mr. Haabestad brings to Guardian Capital Partners a diverse 20+ year professional career offering a unique blend of entrepreneurship, operating experience, executive management and financial advisory experience. He has six years of investment banking and M&A advisory experience where he was responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution and general management. He was most recently Managing Director of Investment Banking and Head of Diversified Growth Banking at Susquehanna Financial Group LLLP, a wholly-owned affiliate of Susquehanna International Group ("SIG"). Prior to SIG, Mr. Haabestad was Managing Director of Investment Banking and Head of Life Sciences and Technology practice groups at Boenning & Scattergood, Inc. Prior to Boenning, he was Founder and Senior Managing Director of Guardian Technology Partners, LLC.
For seven years prior, Mr. Haabestad was Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of PERK Scientific, Inc., a Devon, PA-based diagnostic medical device business. Previously he has also held sales positions with United States Surgical Corporation and Xerox Corporation. Mr. Haabestad was the recipient of the Philadelphia Business Journal "40 Under 40" award for individuals shaping the business landscape of the Greater Philadelphia region. He currently serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors of The West Hill School, a non-profit educational institution in Rosemont, Pennsylvania, and the Boards of Kids on the Hill and Community Backstop.
Mr. Haabestad earned his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his BS in finance from Pennsylvania State University. He is registered with the NASD and holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Mr. Kenworthy has spent his entire business career working with small to medium size companies; originally as a lender, then as an owner/operator and more recently as an investor/owner. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Kenworthy was the President of the Brynavon Group, Inc., a private equity leveraged buyout group that acquired small niche manufacturing companies. He was responsible for originating acquisition opportunities, performing diligence, negotiating the purchase and sale of companies and overseeing portfolio companies.
Prior to his time at Brynavon, Mr. Kenworthy was Managing General Partner of Tobias Knoblauch Private Bank, located in Reading, Pennsylvania and had deposits of $150 million. Mr. Kenworthy began his career at the Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1971 as a Credit Analyst in the Corporate Department. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President and rose to second in command of the Asset Based Lending Group with oversight responsibility for a commercial loan portfolio of $100 million.
Mr. Kenworthy earned his BA from Trinity College and served in the Pennsylvania National Guard.

Mr. Ironside comes to Guardian Capital Partners with an extensive professional career in technology operations and management, project management, and software development. Most recently, Mr. Ironside was a Senior Manager and Vice President with Goldman Sachs, Inc. in its Private Wealth Management division, and had oversight responsibility for three business critical software development teams. Mr. Ironside analyzed, researched, designed, developed, and maintained creative business solutions to increase the efficiency of Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management Division which had assets under management of over $147 billion and its Private Banking Division. Mr. Ironside's main responsibilities at Guardian Capital Partners include researching investment ideas, evaluating investment opportunities, developing investment structures, executing transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies and working with their management teams.
Mr. Ironside began his career at Goldman Sachs, Inc in Manhattan, New York in 1998 as a New Associate Programmer Analyst in the Private Wealth Management Division. During his eight years at Goldman Sachs, he was promoted to Vice President in Technology and rose to be a Senior Manager in the Private Wealth Management Division with oversight responsibility for Corporate Action, Trade Processing, and Money Market and Mutual Fund Processing Technology.
Mr. Ironside earned his MBA with a triple concentration in Finance, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Morehouse College where he graduated summa cum laude.

Mr. Fugaro brings to Guardian Capital Partners eight years of experience in financial advisory services. Most recently, Mr. Fugaro was an investment banker with a boutique investment bank, Griffin Financial Group LLC. He provided merger and acquisition advisory services and strategic and capital planning to a diverse range of middle market corporations.
Prior to his time at Griffin, Mr. Fugaro was with Greenwich Associates, a management consulting firm located in Greenwich, CT, which provides strategic advice to senior level management at major financial institutions across the globe. During his tenure, he ran the domestic commercial banking research team and oversaw the analysis and recommendations for all middle market banking products.
Mr. Fugaro earned his MBA from Wake Forest University with a concentration in finance and his BA in business management from Gettysburg College. He is registered with the NASD and holds the Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

Mr. Patel comes to Guardian Capital Partners following an internship in venture capital with SeventySix Capital (ETF Venture Funds), a Philadelphia-based fund focused on investing in technology-driven early stage companies. While he was there, he oversaw the creation of certain financial and operational models related to the management of current portfolio companies and prospective investments.
Mr. Patel has earned his Masters of Science in Finance from Villanova University and his BS in economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is currently a CFA Level II Candidate.
