Grist will lead ForgePoint through its next phase of growth, advancing the Company’s mission to deliver high-quality services and scalable solutions to commercial and industrial facilities nationwide.
Grist joins ForgePoint from Tech24, a national provider of foodservice equipment repair, where he most recently served as Vice President of Operations. He brings more than a decade of leadership experience in facilities services, operations management, and M&A integrations, along with a distinguished six-year career as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer. Grist holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University.
