Dexter Vaz joins Guardian Operations and Advisory Company (“GOAC”) as Director of Supply Chain, Portfolio Operations. Bobby Lojewski and Ravi Dashputre join the rapidly-growing Investment Team, as Associate and Analyst, respectively. Additionally, Erick Vicario joins the Business Development team as an Analyst. Leveraging their experience, the new team members will work collaboratively across the Guardian portfolio to source new transactions, perform due diligence, execute transactions, and support portfolio company management teams.

Prior to joining Guardian, Dexter Vaz was a Director of Global Supply Chain & Procurement at Vantage Elevator Solutions where he led supply chain for eight companies within the Vantage portfolio. Prior to that, Dexter spent seven years with GE working a myriad of roles within supply chain. Dexter earned an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor of Engineering from St. Francis Institute of Technology.
Bobby Lojewski joins the firm from Piper Sandler as an Investment Banking Analyst. Prior, Bobby was an Audit Associate at Mazars. Bobby earned his BA in Accounting & Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
Ravi Dashputre joins Guardian from Exact Sciences where he worked as a Business Analytics Analyst. Ravi graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
Erick Vicario joins from Proton.ai where he worked on their Business Development team. Prior, Erick was an Investment Banking Analyst at YourLegacyPartners. Erick earned his BA in Finance from Cabrini University.
