Denver, CO – Nwestco, LLC (“Nwestco” or the “Company”), a Denver, Colorado-based leading provider of fuel and car wash equipment, maintenance, compliance, and installation services throughout the Western and Midwest regions, has successfully completed the acquisition of Able Clean-Up Technologies, Inc. (“Able”). The acquisition of Able broadens the Company’s environmental service offerings and capabilities, provides expansion within its existing footprint, and further diversifies the Company’s existing customer base. The transaction was completed January 31, 2024. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Spokane, WA, Able is a provider of hazardous and non-hazardous environmental services, including underground storage tank and aboveground storage tank services, site remediation, and emergency environmental response services, amongst others. Led by an experienced staff of geologists and licensed environmental professionals, Able primarily services the retail petroleum and other commercial end-markets throughout WA, ID, and MT.
