June 6, 2025 – DENVER, CO – Nwestco, LLC (“Nwestco”), a comprehensive provider of fuel and car wash equipment maintenance, compliance, and installation services throughout the Western and Midwest regions of the United States, announced the appointments of Mike Ochoa as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Marty Breen as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) this week. These leadership additions mark an important step in Nwestco’s continued growth and investment in operational and commercial excellence. Tim Gibbar, who previously served as CEO, will assume the role of Executive Chairman, where he will support Mike and the leadership team in an advisory role for the further development of strategic initiatives and acquisition opportunities. Ryan May will continue serving as President and COO and leading Nwestco’s ever-expanding operational footprint.
Mike Ochoa joins Nwestco as CEO following a 14-year tenure at CoolSys, Inc., the market leader in commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC services. Most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer, Mike was instrumental in driving commercial growth and successfully executing upon strategic initiatives. He brings a proven track record of building high-performing, customer-focused teams in relationship-driven, industrial service businesses. At Nwestco, Mike will be responsible for driving organizational development and commercial growth across Nwestco’s footprint.
Marty Breen joins as CFO, bringing more than 15 years of senior financial leadership across construction, service, aerospace, and sports & entertainment industries. Most recently, Marty served as Chief Financial Officer for Southwest Material Handling and prior to that, Chief Financial Officer for Statewide Safety Systems. Throughout his career, Marty has led finance, accounting, HR, and IT teams, playing a critical role in aligning financial strategies with company objectives. Marty maintains a collaborative approach and innovative mindset which will support Nwestco through its next phase of growth.
