GREEN BAY, WI - Precision Roll Solutions, LLC (“PRS”), a portfolio company of Guardian Capital Partners, announced today that it has successfully acquired Charlotte, NC-based ARC International (“ARC”), a expert in engraving solutions for the corrugated packaging industry. The transaction was completed on December 9, 2024. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
PRS is a full-service provider of highly engineered precision roll solutions and related process componentry utilized within a variety of manufacturing environments. The acquisition of ARC underscores PRS's commitment to its valued customers by adding manufacturing capabilities and capacity, as well as decades of specialized expertise. By integrating ARC’s market-leading technologies and experience solving challenges in the corrugating packaging industry, PRS aims to offer a more comprehensive range of roll-to-roll solutions to meet the evolving manufacturing landscape across multiple industries.
